At the Minnesota Women’s Cannabis Collective, our tagline isn’t just a catchy phrase, it’s a call to action: Helping Women Show the F🌺ck Up.

We built this collective because we saw too many women being told to wait their turn, play it safe, or shrink themselves to fit into spaces that were never designed for them. We weren’t interested in waiting. We weren’t interested in shrinking. We wanted to take up space, boldly, unapologetically, and together. 

 

For us, “showing the fuck up” means bringing your full self into the room: your voice, your culture, your expertise, your energy, and your vision for the future. It’s about refusing to be the afterthought in the cannabis industry, and instead becoming the architects, leaders, and innovators shaping it.

 

We’re here to hold doors open, pull up extra chairs, and amplify voices that have been too often silenced. Whether you’re stepping onto a stage, into a boardroom, or behind a vendor table, you’re not walking in alone. You’re walking in with the force of a community that sees you, supports you, and celebrates you.

 

This is a movement. And we’re just getting started.
